Red Maple
(Bayville,
NY) I hate that my barrier to my low-life

Shu Swamp Trees
(Mill Neck,
NY) Another picture from the Shu Swamp
series. Every year the trees in Shu Swamp change color in early October, weeks
ahead of the surrounding areas. I usually miss it, but this year I got there in
time. In this shot the trees are being back-lit--it only lasted for a few
minutes, then they were dark.
